Each employee plays a significant role in the success of diversity and inclusion initiatives at Citizens. It is our responsibility to ensure that we are informed and have open dialogue with one another, as we all bring a lifetime of experiences that add value to the organization.
To facilitate personal growth and open dialogue, employees are encouraged to complete the “Open Minds Transform Organizations” course on Citizens Success Academy. This comprehensive training was designed to help you define diversity and inclusion, better understand our company culture, learn how diversity impacts our workforce, and recognize your role in our organization. This is Part 1 of a multiple-part curriculum. Subsequent courses will be added to CSA in the coming months. To access the course, click on the Citizens Success Academy icon from the iTrust home page, and then from the “Browse” dropdown menu on the CSA home page, choose “Citizens Diversity & Inclusion.” Training is also available in Oracle for employees who cannot access Citizens Success Academy.
