Volunteers represented Citizens at two community Earth Day events in April: Earth Day Indiana at Military Park on April 20, and Earth Day at the J, which was co-sponsored by Citizens and IPL, at JCC Indianapolis on April 28.
Attendees of both events took the DigIndy 360 virtual reality tour and played Trash It or Toilet, an interactive game that helps players differentiate between what can be flushed and what cannot. Citizens also provided attendees with recycled grocery bags made of plastic bottles.
