Harrison Visits Contact Center to Kick Off Customer Service Week

Customer Service Week is celebrated each year during the first week of October. This year’s theme was “Dream Team,” reflecting the importance of teamwork in providing outstanding service to all customers.  

On Monday, October 5, President & CEO Jeffrey Harrison delivered doughnuts to Customer Service associates at their workstations and thanked them for their dedication. Throughout the week, Contact Center employees enjoyed treats and games in celebration of their service. 

“We are proud to recognize our associates for their commitment to our customers,” said Joel Gallagher, Manager, Contact Center. “This year has been especially challenging as we have embraced new work arrangements and assisted customers struggling in the midst of the pandemic.”
