Heart Walk is September 21

Citizens Energy Group is a supporter of the American Heart Association, with Vice President, Capital Programs & Engineering/Quality Systems Mark Jacob serving on the organization’s board. Since we kicked off our 2019 support in February, American Heart Month, several employees have been selling paper hearts to raise money.

Employees also are encouraged to participate in the Indianapolis Heart Walk/5K Run on September 21 at the Michael A. Carroll Stadium on the IUPUI campus. Remember, Citizens will reimburse employees up to $30 per running race (maximum three races per year). You can sign up or donate online by visiting https://www2.heart.org/ and clicking on “Heart Walk,” then “Learn” in the top right corner. From there, choose “Company Teams.” Contact Sara Pickett for more details.
