Wellness Champion
Congratulations to James No for being named the first Wellness Champion of 2019! He rides his bike to work almost every day, even when it’s rainy or cold, and sometimes when it’s snowing! He participates in a boxing class three days a week and has recently started playing flag football.
Health Screenings
Annual health screenings will begin in March! See the schedule below. Remember, if you (and your spouse, if applicable) participate in the health screening and meet body fat percentage and tobacco use guidelines as outlined in the 2019 Benefits Guide, you will receive a discount on your medical insurance and $250 HSA deposit each.
