Health Screenings
All employees are encouraged to participate in annual health screenings. Employees who complete the health screening and meet certain criteria will receive a medical insurance premium discount. Screenings will be held at a variety of locations, as shown below. To schedule an appointment, visit verve.medikeeper.com. Employees may also complete a health screening through their family doctor. Mammograms
St. Vincent is once again bringing its mobile mammography unit to Citizens. If you meet the requirements, you can schedule an appointment for one of the dates listed below by calling the Ascension St. Vincent Breast Center at 317-338-9595. Inform the operator you need to schedule for the mobile unit at Citizens Energy Group. Registration deadline is one week prior to your scheduled visit. Wellness Champions
July: Congratulations to Krista Sinclair, Manager, Contact Center, the July Wellness Champion! While many people have struggled to maintain their weight and fitness routines during the pandemic, she has taken this opportunity to add more exercise and focus on healthier eating. She has been dedicated to walking 10,000-plus steps per day and tracking food using Weight Watchers points. She says that it's still not easy, but she is committed to a healthier lifestyle.
August: Sarah Kidwell, Senior Accountant, is the August Wellness Champion. Sarah has been steadily losing weight since January by incorporating healthy lifestyle behaviors. She has been focusing on limiting portion sizes and increasing her daily steps. Sarah has been walking twice per day while at home during the pandemic despite still working long hours. She continues to find a way to fit it in. Way to go, Sarah!
