You can learn about benefits for 2020 in the benefit guide mailed to employees’ homes early this month. If you still have questions or want to learn more about the benefits being offered in 2020, there are three ways to get more information: 1. Attend an informational group session (see table below) 2. Watch a pre-recorded informational session 3. Schedule an in-person or over-the-phone one-on-one enrollment assistance session Be on the lookout for further communication in emails, postings, and mailings regarding group sessions and enrollment assistance. Citizens Energy Group has chosen a new benefits administrator to improve your benefit enrollment experience. Beginning with open enrollment, employees should visit **[ceg.bswift.com](http://ceg.bswift.com/)**. This site should be accessed thereafter to update HSA elections, beneficiaries, and emergency contact information. To login, your username is the first letter of your first name, followed by your last name, followed by your four-digit employee ID number. Your initial password is the last four digits of your Social Security number.  If you have forgotten the password you created you may click on the “Forgot Password” link to reset it.
