Citizens Energy Group has selected a new benefits administrator. Instead of visiting BenefitSolver.com to make changes to benefits, employees will soon use a new portal to update HSA elections, dependents, beneficiaries, etc. The new portal is expected to provide a better user experience for Citizens and its employees.
Until the new portal is available beginning September 1, please use the Enrollment Change Form to make any changes to your HSA elections, if you have a qualifying life event and need to add/remove dependents from your benefits coverage, or if you want to update your beneficiaries. The Enrollment Change form can be found on the HR iTrust page under Benefits Plans & Forms which is located under the Benefit Documents section on the left side of the page.
As September 1 approaches, more details will be provided about how to log into the new portal, “bswift.”
