Helpful Hints from HR: 2019 Pay Days and HSA Elections

This month's helpful hints will lead you to a printable pay day calendar and remind you how to change the amount you want to contribute to your HSA.

 

2019 Pay Day Calendar

A pay day calendar for 2019 is available on iTrust. Just visit the Human Resources page, click on “2019 Pay Calendar” and then on the PDF link to print or save.

 

HSA Elections

Remember, HSA elections can be updated quickly and easily online at any time during the year. (This is different from your medical plan, to which changes can only be made during open enrollment or after a life event – marriage, divorce, birth, adoption, etc.) Visit www.benefitsolver.com, log into your account, and navigate to “Change My Benefits.” From there, choose “Life Event” and then “Update HSA Election.” If you have forgotten your username and password, you will need to know the company key “ceg” (note: all lowercase letters).
