HELPFUL HINTS FROM HR: An Update on Benefits

The Human Resources Department is launching two new tools to share important information with employees and allow for convenient self-service. Open enrollment will again be conducted via the Bswift portal, which was introduced last year. See below for more information. 

Citizens Connect – Powered by Airbo, this is an “opt-in” text and email application that provides timely communication and interactive education regarding benefits and wellness programs through any smartphone, laptop or tablet.

PensionCenter – This new web portal provides valuable information about Citizens’ pension plan, including personal estimates, modeling and forecasting. The goal is to begin a phased rollout to all employees after open enrollment. 

Open Enrollment – From November 2-13, employees will be able to enroll in new medical, dental and vision plans, make changes to existing plans or update beneficiaries and emergency contacts via the BSwift portal. Employees will be mailed a postcard with more information around October 19. The 2021 Benefits Guide can be found HERE.
