Citizens Energy Group launched a new advertising campaign at the beginning of December, providing customers with helpful tips for conserving energy.
To grab customers’ attention, advertisements highlight some of the cutest “citizens” we serve: animals!
The “All Citizens” campaign shows furry friends getting in on the action. Cats and dogs are featured wearing sweaters instead of turning up the heat, and encouraging customers to do full loads of laundry and open the blinds to let the sunshine provide warmth.
The objectives of the campaign are:
- Educate audiences on how they can conserve energy to save money in the fall and winter and water in the spring and summer.
- Increase audience engagement with the Citizens brand.
- Improve positive brand perception.
Other important messages delivered throughout the campaign will be how Citizens is making our communities better, making it easier for customers to pay their bills, helping customers in need, and working smarter to serve customers better.
