Citizens Energy Group’s open enrollment period for calendar year 2023 benefits is October 31 – November 11, 2022.
In early October, Citizens will send information in the mail to employees’ homes. In-person meetings will be held between October 17 and 28 at various Citizens facilities to help answer employees’ questions. Additionally, information about voluntary benefits will be provided by Guardian via virtual meetings between October 31 and November 2. Recordings of both presentations will be available on iTrust.
Each employee who wishes to receive benefits offered by Citizens in 2023 must visit ceg.bswift.com during the open enrollment period to select their benefits.
Employees can prepare for open enrollment by reviewing their current benefits at ceg.bswift.com. This link, labeled “Bswift Benefit Portal,” also can be found from the Employee Resources tab on the iTrust home page.
