Teamwork is a core value at Citizens. Achieving One Company, One Culture means, in part, that diverse cross-functional teams operating in an inclusive environment are fostering innovation that produces better and more sustainable results for our customers and community stakeholders.
The following teams currently have openings.
- The Diversity and Inclusion Team is looking for diversity champions to stimulate a strategic focus on the company’s core value of diversity and to execute the action items outlined in the Strategic Plan for Diversity and Inclusion. Learn more about this team HERE.
- Partnership for Excellence in Research and Learning (PERL) Team is looking for members to continue partnerships with universities for research and learning opportunities for students at Citizens.
- The Employee Communications Team is looking for ambassadors to ensure timely and impactful information is conveyed to all employees in support of our strategic goals and objectives, and our Mission, Vision and Values.
- Customer Champion Award Team is looking for members to review nominations of employees who have exhibited commitment to providing outstanding service to either internal or external customers while demonstrating Citizens’ values of Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Diversity, and Quality.
