Citizens Energy Group has recently partnered with IndyHub to provide opportunities for employees to connect to the Indianapolis community.
IndyHub was founded in 2005 as a free-standing nonprofit, focused on connecting people to leadership and experiences within the city, such as art and culture.
Citizens believes in investing in employees from day one and encourages all to be ambassadors by serving our community with time, talent and treasure. Citizens employees are invited to be a part of IndyHub’s Core Connections program, which creates a “community onboarding” opportunity. The program creates peer-to-peer connections to help individuals navigate, discover, and plug in to Indianapolis.
The first step of the Core Connections program is completing a survey about yourself to help IndyHub staff get to know you. Then, a one-on-one meeting will be scheduled to guide you to areas of interest within the city. Core Connections participants receive an invitation to a reception with prior program participants.
If you are interested in this program, click on the “Cross-Functional Teams” icon on the iTrust home page, and then click on the yellow “I Am Interested in Future Teams” button. In the description box on the form, type in “Core Connections.”
