Earlier this year, Citizens Energy Group implemented an employee referral program to provide an opportunity for current employees to actively participate in and benefit from the company’s efforts to recruit and employ qualified applicants.
Since the inception of the program, Human Resources has onboarded 10 new hires to fill various operational positions.
Employees are reminded to review current job openings, which are sent weekly via email and posted at www.CitizensEnergyGroup.com/careers, and share with contacts who may be a good fit.
Current employees can earn up to $500 per referral. Applicants must list the referring employee’s name in the source type of their application.
