Looking for Ways to Increase CI Activity?
If your area is transitioning to SharePoint Online, consider an electronic 6S to support that transition. Clean up and organize documents – on SharePoint or a shared drive! Your CLASS Ambassador can help with the process of getting credit for CI Activity by briefly documenting what was done and who participated. A Quick Reference Guide on how to manage the clean-up is available on Quality’s iTrust site.
Process Documentation
Now is a great time to document your work. Try to identify even one task for which to develop documentation. If your area does not already have templates, check out those available on the Quality iTrust site for: Swimlane Map, Work Instructions and Knowledge Transfer Plans.
Upload the documentation to the Levels of Quality Doc Upload page for Quality review and the creator will receive CI Activity participation. It’s that easy!
