CLASS Training

Quality has coordinated with areas to complete virtual CLASS Refresher Training sessions. To date, the sessions that Quality has completed have been successful and interactive. If you are interested in scheduling a one-hour virtual CLASS Refresher Training for your department, please reach out to a member of Quality.

Other Virtual CLASS Sessions Available:

  • A3
  • Gemba Walk Training
  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Waste Identification
  • Process Mapping

Now is a great time for areas to consider one or more of the following recommendations:

  • Identify work processes that need to be documented with a process map or work instruction. Templates are available on Quality’s iTrust site.
  • Complete outstanding action items from Waste ID sessions, After Action Reviews, Root Cause Analysis sessions, and/or open projects.
  • Apply 6S to electronic files. Clean up and organize shared network drives and/or iTrust content.
  • Brainstorm potential future projects in your areas.
