Update on Fiscal Year 2021 CLASS Activity
The two charts below show metrics on Trust-wide Continuous Improvement (CI) participation and project completion. The Trust has a target of 450 employees participating in a CI activity during the fiscal year. We reach the Outstanding level when 500 employees participate. As of July 1, our participation is at 338. Since we are now in the fourth quarter, we need your help to meet our annual target!
Ways to Participate
Here are a few ways you can help meet these goals and make improvements in your area:
- Complete CI Tools training (After-Action Review and 6S training are coming soon to Citizens Success Academy)
- Complete General Awareness training (available in Citizens Success Academy)
- Attend CLASS Belt training
- Participate in a 6S event
- Complete action items from an After-Action Review, Root Cause Analysis, Gemba Walk, or Waste Identification
- Participate in an idea generation session
- Participate as a team member on a completed CLASS, NEXT or JDI project
- Participate in benchmarking surveys
- Develop or update process documentation or Knowledge Transfer Plans
Note: We are hoping to have individuals who have not already gained CI participation complete these items.
If you would like Quality to facilitate any training, or help with a 6S event or other activities, please let any member of the Quality team know. If you have questions on how to submit documentation for credit, reach out to any member of the Quality team or your CLASS Ambassador.
