Hundreds of employees chose a donation to Warm Heart Warm Home as an award for reaching a level of quality in fiscal year 2019. Read on to find out how much was donated and which employees have achieved yellow belts and blue belts.
Over $8K donated to Warm Heart Warm Home Foundation
As part of the Levels of Quality in fiscal year 2019, when a department achieved the stars, the award selections included an option to donate $20 to the Warm Heart Warm Home Foundation. A total of 432 employees across Citizens selected this option, for a total donation of $8,640.

A Blue Belt certification is for those that complete an eight-week course on Lean Leadership principles. The course provides leaders with an opportunity to learn how to apply key principles, discuss their role in a Lean organization, and support employees in their area. The most recent group to go through this course, which concluded on August 27, included (pictured below, left to right) Kenneth Flora, Vicky Anderson, Richard Faulk, Terri Williams, Vicki Hughes, Scott Miller, Craig Cordi, Lamont Smith, Jerry Tewell, Daphne Chiu, Brian Tyler, Stephen Botkin and Edwin Morris.
