A Blue Belt certification is for those that complete an eight-week course on Lean Leadership principles. The course provides leaders with an opportunity to learn how to apply key principles, discuss their role in a Lean organization, and support employees in their area. The most recent group to go through this course, which concluded on August 27, included (pictured below, left to right) Kenneth Flora, Vicky Anderson, Richard Faulk, Terri Williams, Vicki Hughes, Scott Miller, Craig Cordi, Lamont Smith, Jerry Tewell, Daphne Chiu, Brian Tyler, Stephen Botkin and Edwin Morris.
