Some questions you might consider when setting goals for yourself or your area:  - What problems would you like to address using CLASS tools?   - What CLASS training would you like for yourself or your area?  - What was on your area’s Balanced Scorecard last year? This doesn't mean it has to be a quick or simple project; it just doesn't go through the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) process.
