Each year, Citizens Energy Group honors employees who have reached 25 years of service. These employees become members of the Quarter Century Club. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 and 2021 inductees were recognized in a special section of Engauge in lieu of the traditional induction ceremony and dinner.
Employees who are reaching the 25-year milestone in 2022 will be honored at an event in spring 2023. Prior to the pandemic, current-year inductees were recognized at an induction ceremony in the fall. Moving the event to the next calendar year will ensure those being recognized have achieved 25 years of service prior to the celebration.
