Tim Blagsvedt, Director Wastewater Collection, was recently honored with the 2023 IWEA Collection Systems Professional of the Year Award at the 2023 Indiana Water Environment Association Awards. This award recognizes individuals working in collection systems for going above and beyond to improve the collection system profession. Tim has worked at Citizens Energy Group since 2016, when he joined the team as Manager Wastewater Collection System.
Jeff Willman, Vice President Water Operations, shared “this October, Tim Blagsvedt will conclude an amazing 40-year career of service to our customers. During his time with Citizens, Tim has provided effective leadership, represented the Trust in a first-class manner and has been an excellent role model for others. We wish Tim and his wife Patty the absolute best in retirement.” Tim retired on September 29.
