Crawford Recognized as Customer Champion at Leadership Forum

Utility Service Specialist Keith Crawford has been recognized for going above and beyond to keep a customer safe during a gas leak and fire.

In early May, Crawford was one of nine individuals out of 81 nominees who received a Recognition of Service Excellence (ROSE) Award from Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett for his efforts. He then was named a Citizens Customer Champion at Leadership Forum on May 26.
