“Skinny” Pizza Crust from Molly Tilka

This delicious and uber-simple pizza dough recipe comes from Citizen’s own, Molly Tilka. Molly loves this recipe because it has only 2 ingredients (self-rising flour and 0% fat plain Greek yogurt), it’s better than carry-out and it’s only 12 Weight Watcher points for the entire recipe, which makes 2 servings. "Skinny" Pizza Crust Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup 0% fat plain Greek yogurt

Directions: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Stir together yogurt and flour until a thick dough forms. Knead until it forms a dough ball.
  3. Roll out dough ball to desired size (approximately 10-inches diameter). Place on a baking sheet or pizza pan/stone. Top with desired toppings. 
  4. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the crust is browned and cooked through.

Nutrition Facts per ½ recipe: 260 calories, 0g Fat, 49g Carbohydrate, 2g Fiber, 17g Protein
