Avocados are a heart-healthy, nutrient-dense superfood. It's called a superfood because it provides substantial amounts of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients with relatively few calories. One-third of a medium avocado (50 g) has 80 calories and contributes nearly 20 vitamins and minerals, making it a great nutrient-dense food choice. Although phytonutrients are not essential, research suggests they may promote human health.

When choosing safer activities, consider how COVID-19 is spreading in your community , the number of people participating in the activity, and the location of the activity. Outdoor visits and activities are safer than indoor activities, and fully vaccinated people can participate in some indoor events safely, without much risk.
