LIGHT AVOCADO GREEN GODDESS DRESSING
Ingredients
- 1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, seeded and peeled
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain, nonfat
- 2 anchovy fillets (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup tarragon leaves
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons water
- 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon agave nectar or honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor
- Puree until smooth
- Add more water for a thinner consistency, if desired
