Benefits of Resistance Training

Resistance training also known as strength training is a type of exercise that improves muscular strength and endurance. This type of training can be done in a variety of ways. You can train with your body weight, exercise cable machines, resistance bands, or free weights. Resistance training has a long list of benefits.
