If you've yet to earn those 1000 Well Points necessary to be eligible to receive a 2026 Health Savings Account (HSA) company contribution, this message is for YOU!
You have until December 31st, 2025 to earn 1000 Well Points to be eligible to receive the 2026 HSA company contribution. Don't walk away from $1000 (for individuals) or $2000 (for families)!
Eligible spouses have until November 30, 2025 to earn 250 Well Points to be eligible to receive a $250 2025 HSA Contribution and a $250 2026 HSA Contribution.

Here are ways to earn 1000 Well Points by December 31st:
- Upload documentation of medical and dental visits occurring between January 1 - December 31st, 2025.
- Primary Care Physician - Preventative Visit (400 Well Points)
- Preventative Dental Exams/Cleanings (100 Well Points each)
- Annual Eye Exam (100 Well Points)

Preventative Screenings (100 Well Points each)
- Schedule and attend 3 health coaching sessions with Sara or Melissa for 100 points. (FREE!)
