To accommodate those working onsite, we have arranged for CVS to provide flu shots at three locations on November 3rd, 5th, and 9th**.This service is free to all employees. Please use one of the links below to schedule your appointment. Scheduling an appointment is strongly encouraged.
November 3rd: Belmont, West Conf. Room 7-10AM

A flu shot is a preventive service covered under all Citizens Energy Group insurance plans. That means, wherever you go, if you are enrolled in a company health plan, your flu shot is FREE! So, there is no need to wait until November. Anyone, including those working remote, can make a stop at a local CVS pharmacy, primary care provider, or anywhere flu shots are offered. Just show your insurance card and Citizens Energy Group will take care of the rest!
Covid-19 Safety Procedures:
- Walk-Ins are allowed but appointments are strongly encouraged
- Social distancing is required
- All participants will have temperature check upon arrival
- Face mask is required
**Please note if the minimum amount of 24 appointments is not met at each location, the flu shot clinic will be cancelled for that location. **
