CALLING ALL CITIZENS' MEN: ANNUAL PSA TESTING
The PSA test measures the amount of prostate-specific antigen (PSA) in the blood and is used primarily to screen for prostate cancer. A PSA test can detect high levels of PSA that may indicate presence of prostate cancer. However, many other conditions, such as an enlarged or inflamed prostate or urinary tract infection can also increase PSA levels. Please understand the data derived from this test is to be considered preliminary only and does not constitute a diagnosis.
If you are a man over 40, a PSA test should be done every 2 years.

Medical Plan Participants: PSA testing is free. Please bring a paper copy of your insurance card to your appointment.
Non-Medical Plan Participants: PSA testing is $20. Please bring a check to your appointment.
PSA Testing is APPOINTMENT ONLY, no walk ins will be accepted. You will need to bring a paper copy of your insurance card for testing.
COVID-19 Safety Procedures
• The Verve Staff will be required to pass a temperature screening before working each event
• The Verve Staff will be required to wear mask
• The Verve Staff will wear gloves while handling all paperwork, glove changes will occur for PSA testing
• Stations will be set up at least 6 ft apart from one another
• Stations will be sanitized before/after each appointment
• Hand sanitizer will be available
• All PSA testing will be appointments only, no walk ins will be accepted. Appointments cannot deviate from scheduled time. No exceptions will be made.
• Please wear a face covering when you come for your appointment
• Participants will need to pass a temperature check prior to entering the testing room
