Wellness Portal Updates

As part of our ongoing commitment to ensure the highest level of security for our users, Medikeeper is implementing several important security measures. These security prevention efforts are to further protect your account and any sensitive information it may contain. 

  1. System-Wide Password Reset

    There will be a mandatory system-wide password reset for all users. Users will need to create a new password using the “Forgot Password” link upon log in. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk mail or spam. Please reach out to mhehmann@citizensenergygroup.com if you do not receive the reset password email. 

  2. Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) 

    In addition to the password reset, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) will also be enabled. 2FA adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring a second form of verification. Immediately following the password reset, all users will be prompted to configure how they wish to receive their verification code. By default, users will have the option to receive their code via email or authenticator app.
